Privacy
This is a static site with no forms, no accounts and no advertising. The one thing it does is count visits, using Google Analytics. That is the only third party script on the page, and the cookies it sets are the only ones this site puts in your browser.
Apart from that counting, described below, nothing is collected about you. You are never asked for anything, so nothing you have given us is held, nothing about you is sold or shared, and no profile of you is built.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you view, your approximate location worked out from your IP address, and technical details such as your device, browser and how you arrived here. It does not collect your name, your address or anything else that identifies you personally.
Google processes that data on this site’s behalf; their privacy policy covers what they do with it. If you would rather not be counted, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or any tracker blocker will stop it, and nothing on this site stops working if you use one.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the requests needed to deliver a page to you, which includes your IP address at the moment of the request. That is a function of how the web works rather than a choice made by this site, and none of it is available to or retained by this site.
Links to other sites
Most of the useful content here is links out to public registers run by bodies such as the Medical Council, the Road Safety Authority, the Companies Registration Office and the Charities Regulator. Those are separate organisations with their own privacy practices, and once you follow a link you are on their site under their terms.

No advertising
There is no advertising, no affiliate arrangement and no sponsored placement on this site. The previous owner of this domain ran advertising on it. That has not been carried over.
